Axis Trade follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
We also offer a 30-day change-of-mind return on full-priced items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
To request a return, email support@axistrade.com.au within 7 days of delivery for faulty items or within 30 days for change-of-mind returns. Include your order number, photos (if relevant), and a brief explanation. Do not send items back without approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Non-returnable items include custom orders, gift cards, hazardous goods, personal-care items, and clearance products.
Some products may ship directly from our suppliers; however, Axis Trade remains responsible for all returns and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.
