Return & Refund Policy — Axis Trade
At Axis Trade, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and aim to provide a smooth, stress-free experience. Below are the details on returns, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
All Axis Trade products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:
• A replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
• A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the issue is not major
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact support@axistrade.com.au and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Full-Priced Items Only)
Although not required by law, Axis Trade offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on full-priced items as a gesture of goodwill.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return:
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new, sealed or unopened condition • Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
• Discounted, sale, or clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If something with your order isn’t right, we will fix it quickly.
Please contact support@axistrade.com.au within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem
Our team will assess your claim and provide return instructions. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage will be reimbursed once assessed.
Refund Timeframes
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed by Axis Trade within 10 business days of approval. After the refund has been processed by us, your bank or card provider may take additional time to finalise the transaction and reflect the funds in your account. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact support@axistrade.com.au and we will investigate the matter.
Non-Returnable Items
items such as custom-made or special-order items, gift cards, perishable or flammable goods, personal-care or hygiene items, discounted or clearance products cannot be returned.
Shipping Guidelines
When returning an item, we recommend using tracked shipping or postage insurance. Axis Trade cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Supplier Responsibility
All Axis Trade products are sourced from trusted Australian suppliers and distributors. While some items may ship directly from our suppliers, Axis Trade remains responsible for all refunds and returns under Australian Consumer Law.
