Shipping Policy
Axis Trade ships Australia-wide with transparent communication and professional freight handling for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total package weight of your order, including all accessories and packaging.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within five minutes of completing your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and carrier details once your order has been packed.
Shipping Costs
All shipping rates are calculated by total package weight at checkout. Axis Trade does not offer flat-rate or free shipping. Shipping costs are displayed in full before payment is processed.
For rural or remote delivery locations, additional freight charges may apply. If applicable, you will be contacted and invoiced for the additional freight cost prior to payment being captured.
Heavy Freight & Delivery Requirements
If your order (including accessories and packaging) exceeds 30kg, delivery must be made to a location with forklift access.
If forklift access is not available at the delivery address, an additional freight charge will apply and an invoice will be issued prior to dispatch.
If you do not have access to a local freight depot, delivery can be arranged via a hydraulic lift truck. This service will incur an additional charge and will be invoiced before shipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery location can safely receive the shipment. Failure to provide suitable delivery access may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
Transit, Handling & Cut-Off Times
Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days
Orders placed after 2:00pm ACST (Adelaide) will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Terms
Axis Trade works with trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL and national freight providers. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email.
Change of Address
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified. If you need to update your address, please contact support@axistrade.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged and you are present at delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If the parcel is delivered while unattended, please email support@axistrade.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
Parcels Missing in Transit
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or has no tracking updates, please contact support@axistrade.com.au and our team will investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping
Axis Trade currently ships within Australia only. International delivery is not available at this time.
Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Back Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
Stock levels are updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, our team will contact you with updated delivery timeframes or alternative options.
