Shipping Policy — Axis Trade Shipping Locations
Axis Trade ships Australia-wide using multiple depots and distribution centres. Depending on product type, stock levels, and warehouse location, your order may be dispatched from one or more facilities.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within five minutes of completing your purchase. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Shipping Costs
Axis Trade offers free shipping on all orders over $299. Orders below $299 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $29. All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-Off Time
Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) Transit time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday) Total estimated delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days Orders placed after 2:00 pm ACST (Adelaide) will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Terms
We work with trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, DHL, Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
Change of Address
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified. If you need to update your address, please contact support@axistrade.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it at no cost. If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged and you are present at delivery, please refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, please email support@axistrade.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
Parcels Missing in Transit
If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or has no tracking updates, contact support@axistrade.com.au and our team will investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping
Axis Trade currently ships within Australia only. International delivery is not available at this time.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier information so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Back Orders and Out-of-Stock Items
Stock levels are updated frequently, but if an item becomes unavailable, our team will contact you with an updated delivery timeframe or alternative options.
